If you are not satisfied with your COYSEC subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@coysec.co.za with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
